Thank you for shopping with Talking Too Loud! We strive to provide high-quality products and an enjoyable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • All tags must be attached.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

Return Process

  1. Notify Us: Contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a return authorization.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories, tags, and documentation that came with it.
  3. Ship Your Return: Use the shipping label provided by us (if applicable) or your own method to send the item back. Please retain the shipping receipt for your records.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process above and place a new order for your desired item.

Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 5-7 business days after the order ships.  
  • If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
  • If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.
  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
  • All items are made to order and will vary in bleach pattern. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and I will do anything I can to make it right for you. 
  • All orders must select Shipping as the delivery method.
